Patron ES Investments
Patron ES investments is a joint venture between Patron
Capital and Cycas. The general strategy of this joint venture is to
acquire, manage and operate a diversified portfolio of newly developed
branded extended-stay hotel investments in Europe. The geographic
investment focus will primarily consist of assets in main cities in the
UK, Germany, the Benelux and Central & Eastern Europe. The assets
will be located in the proximity of the city (business) centre of main
European cities.
Within the leisure and hospitality industry, Patron and
Cycas have together transacted and realized substantial investments
across Europe and have controlled over 5000 hotel keys in the UK, Spain,
France, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium and Slovakia. Within these
hospitality investments the properties have been managed by a wide range
of international operators including Accor, IHG, Marriott (Ritz
Carlton), Hilton, Rezidor, Club Med, Generator Hostels, Pierre et
Vacances and Linder Hotels Group.
